PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction force output device that can make a driver to feel higher reaction force through an operator.SOLUTION: The reaction force output device comprises: a driving portion that drives a driving member by transmitting driving force of a motor to the driving member via a gear mechanism so as to output to an operator to be operated by a driver force in the opposite direction of an operation direction of the operator; and a control portion that determines based on an input value control amounts to be given to the driving portion, which when increasing the control amounts according to the input value, gradually increases the control amounts, maintains the amounts at certain values, and then increases the control amounts stepwise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
