An organic electro-luminescence display device and a method for manufacturing and repairing the same are provided to provide a data signal to a data electrode having an error pattern by shorting each cross point of a dummy data electrode and a data line of a non-display region which is extended from both directions of the data electrode having the error pattern, and a repair line which is formed as a closed loop on a non-display region. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes data electrodes(DL), scan electrodes(SL), a display region(A), an insulation layer(66), and at least one repair line(70). The display region(A) has a light-emitting region of a matrix shape on a cross region of the data electrodes(DL) and the scan electrodes(SL). The insulation layer(66) is formed on an outer circumference of the display region(A). The repair line(70) is formed with a closed loop on the insulation layer(66). The data electrodes(DL) are extended to the outer circumference of the display region(A). The data electrodes(DL) and the repair line(70) are cross each other and the insulation layer(66) is therebetween.
