摘要 An organic electro-luminescence display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to emit a visible ray generated from a light-emitting layer to both planes of the light-emitting layer by forming a scan electrode on the same plane with a data electrode. An organic electro-luminescence display device includes a substrate, a data electrode(104), a scan electrode(112), a hole transfer layer(110d), an electron transfer layer(110b), and a light-emitting layer(110c). The data electrode(104) is formed on a first region of the substrate(102). The scan electrode(112) is formed on a second region of the substrate(104). The hole transfer layer(110d) is formed on the data electrode(104). The electron transfer layer(110b) is formed on the scan electrode(112). The light-emitting layer(110c) is commonly formed on the hole transfer layer(110d) and the electron transfer layer(110b). The hole transfer layer(110d) includes the hole injection layer(110e) formed on the data electrode(104), and the hole transport layer(110d) formed on the hole injection layer(110e). The electron transfer layer(110b) includes the electron injection layer(110a) formed on the scan electrode(112), and the electron transport layer(110b) formed on the electron injection layer(110a).
