A data driver of a passive matrix organic light emitting diode is provided to reduce the current difference between transistors due to a manufacturing variation by comprising a capacitor and a switch for sampling and holding bias currents for the transistors. A data driver of a passive matrix organic light emitting diode includes a memory(41), a signal processor(42), a bias current supply unit(43), a bias current amplifier(44), a switching unit(45), and a current driver(46). The memory temporarily stores data. The signal processor converts image data into PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signals and outputs the result. The bias current supply unit supplies a bias current. During a precharge process, the bias current amplifier amplifies an output current. The switching unit selectively applies the bias currents to plural channels. The current driver converts the PWM signal to a corresponding current and drives a display panel. The current driver includes plural current driving circuits, which are arranged on respective data lines.
