<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent production of gap on the interface or lowering of surface pressure by inserting an elastic body of rubber, for example, between the inside diameter part of a spacer and the outside diameter part of a cable core and then aligning the axes of cable core and spacer while tolerating radial expansion/contraction of the cable core attendant to temperature variation. SOLUTION: The inside diameter part of an annular spacer 5 is tapered 5a and a wedge-like elastic body 8 of rubber, for example, having a corresponding tapered part 5a is inserted into an air gap part defined by the inside diameter part of annular spacer 5 and the outer circumferential part of a cable core 1. A tightening plate 9 is then applied to the side face thereof and tightened against the spacer 5 by means of a bolt 10. Since an elastic body 8 of rubber, for example, inserted between the inside diameter part of annular spacer 5 and the outer circumferential part of a cable core 1, the axes of cable core 1 and annular spacer 5 can be aligned while allowing expansion/contraction of the cable core 1 attendant to temperature variation and the cable core 1 is not bent even if it is subjected to thermomechanical stress or external mechanical force.</p> |
