<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for mounting characters having drop-out parts to a number plate by injection molding. SOLUTION: This process for production comprises blanking character parts and affixing transparent synthetic resin plates to these character parts. These character parts have character bodies 31 forming the line parts of the formed characters and the drop-out parts 32 enclosed by the character bodies 31. The drop-out parts 32 are formed as recessed parts recessing from the character bodies. The characters formed with injection ports 321 penetrating the drop-out parts 32 from the rear surface are formed in the character parts described above by injection molding. An opaque resin 9 is injected from the injection port 321 so as to cover at least the drop-out parts 32.</p> |
