PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a model with an existing analysis solver while using voxel data so as to conduct automatic element separation. SOLUTION: This analysis model generating method includes a voxel data read process (step S1) that read voxel data resulting from defining a shape of an analysis object as a set of voxels being rectangular pyramids, a border discrimination process (step S2) that discriminates whether each voxel denoted by the voxel data read in the read process (step S1) is located in the shape of the analysis object or at the outside of the analysis object, a connection voxel discrimination process that recursively discriminates in a plurality of steps whether or not a voxel is connected to the voxel that has been discriminated to be belonging to the border by the border discrimination process (step S2), and a voxel redefinition process that redefines a set of the voxels discriminated by each step in the connection voxel discrimination process to be voxels whose width is a several number times that of the rectangular prism of the voxel that has been discriminated to be belonging to the border by the border discrimination process (step S2) in each step.
