PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the sense of incongruity obtained at the switching from broadcast content for storage type contents. SOLUTION: The contents-presenting apparatus has a means for receiving and presenting the broadcast content during broadcasting, a means (step 21) for detecting the reception condition of the broadcast content, a means of reproducing and presenting storage type contents stored in a recording medium, and a means of switching an object to be present into the storage type contents, when the reception condition of the broadcast content goes into a specified poor condition during presenting, after receiving the broadcast content. The apparatus comprises a means (steps 22-25) for selecting storage type contents to be switched among the stored storage type contents, based on (step 22) that, the broadcast content that is broadcast now are television content or radio content.
