PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a video or a voice properly adjusted so that the optimal sound volume (sound volume or balance) or display configurations can be set according to the location of a viewer from a voice/voice output device for outputting a video and a voice. SOLUTION: As for an angleθexpected from a display picture 300 side to a viewing region 500 and a distance (d) from the display image 300, a plurality of viewing divisions (A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, C3) are estimated by applying predetermined division to the viewing region 500 to divide it. Then, each correction information set for optimizing a video and voice to be outputted to a viewer for each viewing division is owned by a non-volatile memory, and the correction information of the viewing division pertinent to the detected location of the viewer is read and applied to correction.
