PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding method by which a package density of a bulky yarn (yarn weight contained in a package of a specific dimension) can be substantially increased.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for winding a continuous filament yarn on which bulky processing has been made, by which an excellent yarn package involving a package which has an excellent shape, a yarn removal characteristic and a relatively high density can be formed. This method utilizes peculiar helical angle and winding feature in yarn patterns each of which is not neighbor and is neighbor by a unique winding adjustment procedure for always monitoring a spindle speed, a desired winding ratio, a traverse cam speed and a surface speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
