摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine ignition circuit device capable of reducing not only noise accompanying operation of a switching element but also switching loss and heat generation.SOLUTION: An ignition circuit device 10 including a switching element Q, and igniting an ignition plug SP provided in an internal combustion engine via the switching element Q and an ignition coil SC upon receiving electric power supplied from a battery E (electric power source), has a resonant circuit 11 which is provided between the battery E and the ignition coil SC and absorbs a flowing current on the basis of a counter-electromotive force generated in the ignition coil SC as the switching element Q is switched from a current-carrying state (ON) to a non-current-carrying state (OFF). With this configuration, a high frequency vibration of the current based on the counter-electromotive force is absorbed by the resonant circuit 11. It is unnecessary to delay the operation of the switching element Q; therefore, it is possible to reduce not only noise but also switching loss and heat generation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
