<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image display device and a moving image display program for achieving the scroll of two-dimensional data larger than a specific region in particular, only in the specific region of a virtual three-dimensional space. <P>SOLUTION: A first board polygon whose size is the same as that of a specific region and a second board polygon adjacent to the first board polygon whose size is 0 are arranged in a virtual three-dimensional space as a scroll object, and a partial range of a specific size in texture data to be displayed at first as the object of scroll is attached to the first board polygon, and the partial range is scroll moved in the texture data so that scroll can be achieved. In a timing when following texture data should be partially displayed in order to succeed the texture data to be scrolled, the size of the second board polygon is increased, and the partial range is attached to this.
