An embodiment of the present invention provides a content download method for downloading content data from a content providing device to a content download terminal, the method comprising the steps of: setting a download condition for the content download terminal by a download condition setting unit; collecting state information of the content download terminal by a terminal state information collection unit; determining whether the collected state information of the content download terminal satisfies the download condition, by a download condition determination unit; and when the state information of the content download terminal satisfies the download condition, receiving content data from the content providing device and storing the content data by a download execution unit.
