<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing for a lighting device which is lightweight and has fewer assembling processes, and its manufacturing method, a backlight device using the above housing for a lighting device, and a liquid crystal display member. <P>SOLUTION: This invention provides a molded body having a thickness of 1.5 to 3.5 mm obtained from a polycarbonate resin composition containing 20 to 60% by mass of titanium oxide. The housing structure for a lighting equipment is made with a fixed part of a light source end integrally molded to an inner side part of the molded body. The manufacturing method of the housing structure for a lighting device manufactures a box-type molded product in which a fixed part of a light source end is integrally molded to the inner side part by forming a sheet with a polycarbonate resin composition containing 20 to 60% by mass of titanium oxide, and processing the sheet under vacuum forming or press molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
