The device for high-strength chain cutting is provided with an outer source (14) of pressure media, multiplier (9) and simplex closing units. The outlet (92) of the pressure section of the multiplier (9) leads through a back valve (12) and three-way valve distributor (15) under the piston (32) of the linear hydraulic motor (2), with piston rod (3) in the shearing body (1) and equipped with a movable blade (4), opposite which there is a fixed blade (7) in the shearing body (1). The external source (14) of pressure media is connected to the multiplier (9) through the valve distributor (10) with the second back valve (18) and control level (100) and it is simultaneously connected to the three-way valve distributor (15) of forward and backward movement of the linear hydraulic motor (2). The external source (14) of pressure media is permanently connected to the piston space (31) of the linear hydraulic motor (2) and through the inlet back valve (11) it is connected to the multiplier (9). The space (91) above the piston (93) of the multiplier (9) is connected with the three-way valve distributor (15) through the first back valve (19) of valve distributor (10).<IMAGE>
