PURPOSE: To increase visibility at night so as to prevent accident from occurring by providing rise surfaces on top or front surface in a direction crossed with a longitudinal direction and providing a groove recessed part from the back to the front of a block so as to maintain the rise surfaces. CONSTITUTION: Not only a top surface 2B but also a front surface 3 is positioned in parallel with the advancing direction of an automobile, and a headlight is positioned lower than the top surface 2B but the incident angle of light is lowered. By this, a brightness of the top surface 2B and the flat surface of the front surface 3 becomes small, but the brightness of a rise surface 5 becomes large. In this case, the rise surface 5 is positioned approximately at right angle to the headlight so as to increase an illuminance and reflectance. Also a shadow is made at the end of a recessed part on the front side so as to make identify the degree of brightness in one top surface 2B to form a stripe pattern for increased visibility.
