At least one measuring head (4,6,7) is arranged on a base unit (1) which is positionable along linear axes (4',6',7') in two coordinate directions with respect to measuring markings on the printed product. Two clamps (8,9) are positionable at the edge region of the printed product. Two drive units (10,11) are provided for conveying the printed product in the other coordinate direction in a feed direction.
