PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress exactly the surface wobbling of an optical disk by aerodynamic force on both sides of an optical disk when highly accurate restriction required for a stabilization means of a positive pressure generating side of an optical pickup is relaxed and the write-in/read-out of information is performed using the optical disk of a sheet type having flexibility. SOLUTION: A groove 9 extended radially of the optical disk 1 is provided in a main positive pressure guide member 8 suppressing surface wobbling of the vicinity of an object position of recording/reproducing in the optical disk 1 utilizing aerodynamic operation force by the Bernouilli's principle at the time of the rotation of the optical disk 1, and the optical pickup 7 is set in this groove 9 movably. Further, a main negative pressure guide member 11 for suppressing disk surface wobbling with the main positive pressure guide member 8 is provided movably radially of the optical disk 1 so as to oppose to the optical pickup holding the optical disk between them and maintain an opposing state to the optical pickup 7.
