PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard having waterproof/dustproof performance without causing a malfunction or the like due to intrusion of liquid and dust from a gap between key parts and a main body as in a conventional keyboard. SOLUTION: Operation keys, a repulsive body for restoring keys, a body frame and a body frame bottom plate for a conventional keyboard are removed, and a structure comprising a plus circuit laying film retaining elasticity and having a surface on which a JIS-compliant operation key array is printed (article of another material with the same key array printed thereon is individually affixed), an insulation film, a minus circuit laying film and an IC substrate for controlling an electric signal by energization and sending it to a computer body is fully covered (laminated) with waterproof vinyl or the like, thus forming the keyboard.
