An eject apparatus of a fault wire rod is provided to perform the work for extracting the defect region of a wire rod produced by rolling efficiently. An eject apparatus of a fault wire rod comprises a driving part(100a) providing torque at a unit angle, actuating parts(100b,150) which are connected to the driving part and rotate at the unit angle by the torque provided from the driving part, and a hanger(160) which is provided in the actuating parts to collect the fault wire rods and capable of rotating in the vertical direction so as to eject the collected fault wire rods to a scrap collecting part. The actuating parts and the hanger are operated based on the weight of the collected fault wire rods and the set up time. The driving part includes a rotation shaft(120) and a power generator(130). A bearing(190) is equipped between the driving part and the actuating parts.
