The device (2) has a cistern (5) comprising fans (6) that are designed as shears for different detergent substances. The fans are program-controlled for appropriate washing programs. The detergent substances are rinsed into a lye container (3) by using a water inlet nozzle (8) that is operatively connected with the fans. The water inlet nozzle intakes water and is arranged rigidly above the cistern, where inlet nozzle geometry is formed such that the inlet nozzle covers an opening cross-section of the fans that are movably arranged below the inlet nozzle.
