<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic thin film in which carbon nanofibers are dispersed; and a base material. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the ceramic thin film comprises obtaining a composite elastomer by mixing an elastomer, ceramic particles and carbon nano-fibers, then obtaining a coating liquid by mixing the composite elastomer and a solvent, forming a coated film 5 by applying the coating liquid on a substrate 4, and finally removing the elastomer contained in the coated film 5 by heating the coated film 5 and at the same time, forming the ceramic thin film by infiltrating a metal melt into the coated film 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
