<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally set the arrangement of equipment in a clean room and the arrangement of a fan filter unit and a luminaire according to required cleanliness and required illuminance. <P>SOLUTION: Main frame members 2, 3 constituting a horizontal lattice-like frame are suspended from a structure of a building to form a rectangular grid at a ceiling surface, and sub-frame members 4 are arranged in the grid, parallel with the main frame members 2 extending in the long-side direction of the grid, to divide the grid. Both ends of the sub-frame member are detachably connected to the main frame members 3 in a short-side direction. Regions allowing embedding of the luminaire E, the fan filter units F, F' or blank panels B, B', B1, B2 are formed within the grid, and the fan filter units, luminaire or blank panels are supported by the main frame members and sub-frame members. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
