<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost of a clock circuit without causing lowering of use efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In this base station device 200, when time in the station device is initialized by the turning on of a power supply, the resetting of a device, etc., a time setting part 218 selectively acquires time information from an external time information source according to a prescribed order of priority to generate time in the device. The setting of the order of priority is fixedly predetermined for use, or else, it is adaptively changed after its use is started.
