<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control system for realizing service allowing a passenger to go to a target floor without consideration of the layout in a building or the number of destination floors without installing a mass storage server for receiving reservation. <P>SOLUTION: The elevator control system comprises a cellular phone 101 of the passenger, a database information server 201 that stores at least article data and destination floor data having this article, provides an operation screen of article selection to the cellular phone 101, and feeds the article data and destination floor data to the cellular phone 101 according to the selected article from the cellular phone 101 and makes it held, and an elevator control device 300 for determining the destination floor of the elevator and operates the elevator in response to a hall call from the cellular phone 101 having the article data and destination floor data. The passenger can use the favorite cellular phone and is not perplexed with the operation.
