PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display plainly displaying a three-dimensional geometric positional relation, especially the relation between a blood vessel tomographic image and a blood vessel projection image, and to provide an image display method. SOLUTION: A plurality of tomographic images and a projection image are formed from the volume data, which is acquired in a CT volume data acquiring part 21, in an image forming part 27 to be displayed on a monitor 30. Then, when a specific point is clicked by an operation part 23 in a plurality of the tomographic images displayed on the monitor 30, a line is displayed on the projection image displayed on the monitor 30 corresponding to this clicking.
