摘要 A laser measurement system capable of detecting 21 geometric errors. A simultaneous laser six-degree-of-freedom error measurement unit (1) and a laser light diversion unit (2) are installed in one of a workpiece clamping component and a cutter clamping component, and a geometric error sensing unit (3) is installed in the other of the workpiece clamping component and the cutter clamping component. The laser light diversion unit (1) has multiple switchable working postures or multi-component combinations in an installed state, and through rotation or translation operations, splits or diverts a laser beam from the simultaneous laser six-degree-of-freedom error measurement unit (1) to directions parallel to X, Y and Z axes in turn, and splits or diverts a laser beam from the geometric error sensing unit (3) to the simultaneous laser six-degree-of-freedom error measurement unit (1). The system is simple in structure and convenient to operate, can be installed through one step and perform measurement step by step, and can obtain 21 geometric errors of three mutually perpendicular linear motion guide rails. Also disclosed is a laser measurement method capable of detecting 21 geometric errors.
