PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage on a panel surface due to scattering of welding spark, without impairing work efficiency of zigzag plate welding.SOLUTION: A notch 31 is formed on another side 30 of a zigzag plate welded to a ruler angle Q, and a welding surface 36 configured as below and a spark blocking surface 35 for blocking welding spark f are provided on a plate thickness surface of the notch 31. Specifically, the welding surface 36 is provided at two or more locations. Each of the welding surfaces 36 extends in a plate length direction Y. A straight line connecting a starting point and an end point of the welding surface 36 forms an angle within ±45° to the plate length direction Y. The spark blocking surface 35 extends in a plate width direction X from an end point located at an edge of an end Y+ in the plate length direction of each of the welding surfaces 36. A straight line connecting a starting point and an end point of the spark blocking surface 35 forms an angle within ±30° to the plate width direction X.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
