PURPOSE:To prevent electromagnetic interference to peripheral electronic equipment by a method wherein a reactance circuit element is coupled to a secondary side of a transformer so that a compensation circuit for preventing distorted sine wave from being generated on a coil of the transformer is provided. CONSTITUTION:Harmonic wave component of sine waves composed of harmonic waves induced on a whole secondary coil of a transformer 1 is induced by an iron coil 5 of a compensation circuit 9, and distortion component of the harmonic wave is temporarily stored in a coil 7 being a dielectric coil or distortion of direct current wave component is temporarily stored in a capacitor being a capacitance element so that it is returned to the circuit as reactive power during a latter half period of alternating voltage or is made to be discharged charge. Or it is discharged by correlative inductance of the coil 7 and the capacitor 8. Therefore distortion in harmonic waves is reduce so that smooth sine wave of voltage and current can be maintained thereby eliminating electromagnetic interference to peripheral electronic equipment as well as eliminating flicker of a fluorescent lamp at the time of discharge. |
