发明名称 FLUIDIZED BED WASTE REFUSE INCINERATION APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To efficiently remove hydrogen chloride, to separately burn unburnt gas and unburnt particles and to prevent the abrasion and corrosion of a pipe by providing a cyclone to a lower stage gasifying furnace to separate the gas from the furnace into unburnt gas and unburnt particles and supplying the unburnt gas to the wind box of an upper stage combustion furnace by an ejector. CONSTITUTION:A cyclone 13 is provided to the upper part of a lower stage gasifying furnace 12 to separate the gas from the furnace into unburnt gas and unburnt particles. The unburnt gas is supplied to an upper stage combustion furnace 14. An ejector 15 is provided between the cyclone 13 of the lower stage gasifying furnace 12 and the wind box 33 of the upper stage combustion furnace 14 to almost adjust the pressure of the free board of the upper stage combustion furnace 14 and that of the unburnt gas conduit from the cyclone 13 to atmospheric pressure. By this constitution, hydrogen chloride generated from a chlorine compd. in waste refuse is removed and the abrasion and corrosion of the heat transfer pipe in a fluidized bed and the heat transfer pipe on the downstream side thereof are prevented.</p>
