A panel and an installation method of panels are provided to prevent the adhesion of aquatic life on the surface of an underwater structure by covering the inside of an underwater structure with panels. The invention relates to a method for installing many panels(P) on the whole inside of an intake pipe(1) continuously to prevent the adhesion of aquatic life on the inside of the intake pipe, wherein each panel is provided with connecting pieces(X1,Y1), connecting joints(X2,Y2) to overlap the connecting pieces of another panel and mounting holes to insert anchor bolts, and attached with a shock absorber on the backside to absorb imbalance or irregularities of an installation surface.
