PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make paint difficult to attach to allow the paint to be used up without waste and also suppress a height of a container body by forming a conic bottom of a container with an exhaust pipe having a valve at a lower end to be a drop angle over a specific range. SOLUTION: A body 4a of a container body 4 is formed to be circular in a lateral cross sectional shape, while a bottom 45 is made into a cone protruding downward. An exhaust pipe 15 having a valve 14 is coupled by flange joint to a lower end of the conic bottom 4b. An internal face of the container body 4 is mirror-finished, while a drop angleθof the conic bottom 4b is within a range of 30 to 45 degrees. Thus paint may not be likely to attach to the internal face of the container body to suppress a residual amount, while a height of the bottom 4b is suppressed to reduce a height of the container body 4.
