PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target board having properly restrained resiliency, an excellent sound insulating property, and excellent durability. SOLUTION: In a target board 2 having at least a core material layer 10 and a surface layer 12 joined to the ball-colliding surface of the core material layer 10, the core material layer 10 is laminated with a damping material layer 4, the damping material layer 4 containing at least butyl rubber and a tackifier. The viscosity of the tackifier at 20 deg.C is 1×10-1×10<5> cps, and the tackifier is contained in the damping material layer 4 by 10 to 100 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the butyl rubber.
