PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine frame capable of shortening sewing time by omitting a process of replacing a front cover in the sewing machine frame of a sewing machine having a tape feeder and a cylinder bed and to provide a sewing machine frame requiring no installation of two kinds of front coves in the sewing machine frame of this kind of sewing machine. SOLUTION: This sewing machine frame of the sewing machine has a sewing machine arm part 12, a cylinder bed part 11, and the front cover 2 installed on the operator opposite side of this cylinder bed part, and capable of performing sewing for feeding a tape feed and standard sewing for feeding no tape. The front cover is formed as a structure capable of selectively installing either of a tape feeding bracket 3 capable of installing a sewing attachment for feeding the tape and a standard bracket 4 capable of installing a standard sewing attachment.
