<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise generation device, a noise generation system, and a noise generation method, capable of facilitating noise generation processing by hardware and suitably improving the supply speed of noise data to a processing part. <P>SOLUTION: The noise generation system 2 includes a noise generation source 10 and a noise data generation device 20. The noise generation source 10 outputs first noise data formed using a first pseudo random number generation method for generating a random number having a relatively long reproducible period, and the noise data generation device 20 acquires, for each pixel of image data having a pixel number N, one piece of first noise data to n-pieces of pixel data corresponding to each color of each pixel from the noise data generation source 10. Further, the device generates n-pieces or more of second noise data using a second pseudo random number generation method simpler in algorithm than the first pseudo random number generation method, and outputs the generated second noise data to an image processing part 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
