PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can output a stable output voltage independently of its manufacturing process condition and/or its environmental condition. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit has an input terminal (A1P) for inputting an input current inversely proportioned to a resistance varying coefficient, a current source (121) for feeding a bias current inversely proportioned to the same resistance varying coefficient as the resistance varying coefficient, a first resistor (R122) proportioned to the same resistance varying coefficient as the resistance varying coefficient which is intended to make the bias current flow and is connected between the current source and the input terminal, a second resistor (R124) proportioned to the same resistance varying coefficient as the resistance varying coefficient which is intended to make the input current and the bias current flow and is connected between the input terminal and a reference-level terminal, and an output terminal (A2P) for outputting a voltage unrelated to the resistance varying coefficient which is connected between the current source and the first resistor.
