PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of efficiently eliminating customized information of unneeded users, and to provide an image management system and program. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is provided with a user identification information acquisition means for acquiring user identification information which can specify the users uniquely; an operation receiving means for receiving the setting of a series of operations relating to image processing; a customized information storage means for storing the setting of a series of operations received by the operation receiving means as one piece of customized information; a user customized information control means for storing user identification information of a user who has performed setting of an operation about the customized information, while being associated with the customized information; an elimination receiving means for receiving the setting of eliminating the user identification information; and an eliminating means for eliminating the user identification information that receives the setting of elimination and the entire customized information associated with the user identification information.
