Clutch control method for an automatic clutch

The method involves controlling an automated clutch (8) in a standard mode in different operating modes. The automated clutch is controlled in a jerk mode additional to the standard mode. The automated clutch is controlled in an activated jerk mode such that jerk movement of a motor vehicle (2) is enforced. The jerk mode is automatically activated and/or deactivated when corresponding vehicle state information effectuates activation and/or deactivation of the jerk mode. An electronic control device (20) is manually controlled for the activation and/or deactivation of the jerk mode.
