PURPOSE: A turret is provided to improve print quality on a web by reducing the tension change of the web provided from a printing device. CONSTITUTION: A turret(10) comprises a rotating structure(11) and a controller. The rotating structure comprises two or more guide rollers(16,17) and rolls(12,14) in which a web(1) is successively rolled or unrolled. The rotating structure rotates around a center shaft(5). The controller controls the rotation speed of the rotating structure and the rolls and compensates the rotation speed of the rolls by calculating the length change rate of the specified portion of the web.
