The present invention relates to a display device. The display device includes a pad coming in contact with conductive balls to electrically connect a first substrate and a second substrate of a display panel. The pad includes: two or more sub pads spaced from each other in a horizontal direction and spaced from each other in a vertical direction; and a link connecting the sub pads. The display device can prevent a contact fault of a transaction search pad (TSP) substrate and a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate even if distribution uniformity of the conductive balls is low.
