A manhole cover is provided to use a locking device regardless of the thickness of a hanging projection of a manhole frame by regulating the location of a horizontal locking bar with a hollow bolt. The manhole cover(1) is fitted to a manhole frame(2) not to be separated by external force and provided with a hollow bolt(20) to rotate a rotary rod(32) in a central hollow(30), wherein the rotary rod includes a hollow bolt head(21) provided with a tool fitting groove(23) and a rotary rod guide hole(22) on the upper part and a male thread(24) on the lower part, and the rotary rod includes a rotary rod head(31) provided with a wrench hole(33), a rotary plate(34) suspended on the bottom of the hollow bolt and a horizontal locking rod(35) rotated and suspended on the bottom of a hanging projection(3) of the manhole frame to have a locking function. |
