The present invention relates to a dust collector for a workshop. According to the present invention, provided is the dust collector for a workshop, comprising: a box-shaped body (10) in which an accommodation space is formed, an air inlet (11) is formed in one side surface of a lower portion thereof, a vacuum suction line (V) connected to a hand grinder (1) is communicatively formed through the other side of the lower portion thereof, and an air outlet (12) is formed in a top thereof; a cotton filter (20) which is disposed inside the body (10), and filters out dust introduced via the vacuum suction line (V); a long fiber filter (30) which is contained inside the body (10), and is disposed above the cotton filter (20); a first vacuum motor (40) which is disposed outside the body (10), and generates suction force used to suck dust via the vacuum suction line (V); a second vacuum motor (50) which is disposed in an upper portion of an interior of the body (10), and generates vacuum suction force so that internal air sequentially passes through the cotton filter (20) and the long fiber filter (30) and is discharged to an outdoor area; and a controller (60) which controls the first and second vacuum motors (40, 50); wherein vacuum suction force is applied to the vacuum suction line (V) by the first vacuum motor (40) and thus dust generated by the hand grinder (1) is immediately introduced into the vacuum suction line (V). By using the above-described configuration, dust generated in a clean room of a workshop in which paint is removed from a vehicle or the like can be effectively collected. |
