PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency by several times by cutting several stone materials at once in a predetermined thickness by respectively providing endless diamond band saws to the roller groups arranged to the outer peripheries of two pulleys in a multiply state. CONSTITUTION:Adjusting devices 5, 6 for adjusting the intervals between respective diamond band saws 20 when a stone material 22 is cut are constituted by providing, for example, five respective diamond band saws 20a-20e to the outer peripheries of the drive pulley 2 and tension pulley 2 arranged in front of the opposed inner surfaces of both devices 5, 6 and the outer peripheries of drive roller groups 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and tension roller groups 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d in total one by one under tension. Diamond chips 21 are provided to the lower ends of said band saws at an appropriate interval. The band saws 20a-20e are grasped by the drive pulley 1 and the drive roller groups 3a-3e and provided under tension by those drive elements, the tension pulley 2 and the tension roller groups 4a-4e. |
