PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conductive rubber composition stabilized in electrical resistance against the change in applied voltage or in the environment by mixing a specified polymer with a specified silane coupling agent or a specified silylating agent. SOLUTION: One hundred (100) pts.wt. polymer having an electrical resistance of 10<4> -10<12>Ωis mixed with 3-1 pts.wt. silane coupling agent or silyalating agent of formula I or II (wherein R<1> is a organic functional group having at least one kind of groups selected from among vinyl, glycidoxy, methacryloyl, amino, mercapto, imino and epoxy; (x) is an alkoxyl or a halogen; (n) is 1-4; and (m) and(k) are each 1-6) and optionally 0.3-4 pts.wt. sulfur or organosulfur compound, a vulcanization accelerator, a vulcanization accelerator aid, 50 pts.wt. or below conductivity improver having a mean particle diameter of 18-120nm, etc., and the obtained mixture is kneaded, and molded into a product of any desired shape. This product is vulcanized at 140-180 deg.C for 15-120min.
