A gas turbine generator plant is provided with a generator 81, a gas turbine unit 80, and auxiliary equipment 22 comprising a starter, a lubricating oil device, a control oil device, and a lubricating oil tank, the auxiliary equipment 22 being made unitary, this unitary auxiliary equipment 22, the generator 81, and the gas turbine unit 80 being disposed in that order within a building 24,23, whereby the installed floor area of the plant is dramatically reduced, and it is also possible to reduce constructions costs. Furthermore, transportation costs, installation costs and maintenance costs are all greatly reduced compared with conventional technology. |
