PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable cooling of a rotor of motor, while controlling drop in the running efficiency. SOLUTION: In a paired rotor motor comprising an inner rotor and an outer rotor, an oil path 57 is provided at the outer circumferential part of the outer rotor 50. Cooling oil is supplied through exhaustion to the rotating surface of outer rotor from a supply portion 12 fixed to the case. With effects from the centrifugal force, the cooling oil flows into an oil-receiving portion 61 and then flows into the inside from a supply port 63. In such a cooling structure, the supply portion 12 discharges the cooling oil in the direction to give the velocity element along the rotating direction. Moreover, the discharged portion is provided at the position closer to the rotating center than the oil path 57 to discharge the cooling oil, after the rotating velocity is lowered. As a result, the rotational resistance due to a friction force during the supply of cooling oil can be reduced, and moreover the kinetic energy, disposed together with the cooling oil, can be controlled.
