PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker manufacturing method by which the mass of a voice coil bobbin can be reduced at an ultrahigh range. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, voice coil bobbin 11 is fitted to an inner circumferential part of a cone diaphragm 8, a cap 15 is provided in this voice coil bobbin 11, a voice coil 12 is wound around the voice coil bobbin 11 and the voice coil 12 is inserted to a magnetic air gap 6. In this case, a lightweight auxiliary member 18 is fitted to a rear side of the diaphragm 8 and this auxiliary member 18 is bonded and fixed to the voice coil bobbin 11 by using a flexible adhesive and then the voice coil bobbin 11, the inner circumferential part of the diaphragm 8 is bonded to the cap 15 through one adhesion process.
