PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric composition of a plasma display panel, capable of preventing yellowing by adding a transition metal oxide assuming a blue color or a green color such as a cobalt oxide (CoO) or a copper oxide (CuO) to the dielectric composition.
