<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle that can prevent the worker from forgetting to pull out the ignition key from the machine or in the case forgetting to carry the key itself by operating the on-operation of the power switch with a portable telephone, and further can prevent from the theft by the remote control. <P>SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes communication means 132 for communicating the portable terminal 120 and the working vehicle 130 that is equipped with the code authentication means 146 that carry out the recognition processing based on the authentication code received from the portable terminal 120, and further equipped with controlling means for controlling the on/off of the power source.
