PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and secure service for reimbursement that uses history data on recording media stored in a history center server.

SOLUTION: A reimbursement service providing system has a data acquisition request reception means for receiving a user's data acquisition request including medium identification information identifying a recording medium and date information, a history data acquisition means for specifying the medium identification information and date information included in the data acquisition request acquired by the data acquisition request reception means to acquire history data corresponding to the specified medium identification information and date information from the history center server, which retains history data on recording media by medium identification information, a creation means for creating reimbursement data from the history data acquired by the history data acquisition means, and a providing means for providing the user with the reimbursement data created by the creation means.
